Raphaël Pouteau

aphaël joined InfraVia Capital Partners in 2020 and brings a solid experience in the origination and execution of high-growth technology operations. As a Partner at Apparius Corporate Finance, he accompanied & advised more than 15 technology entrepreneurs. Raphaël started his career at BNP Paribas in London where he participated in the inception of the Corporate Digital Finance team dedicated to Tech Growth equity. Active on 25 transactions, Raphaël has developed a deep understanding in Enterprise Software, Cybersecurity, Deeptech and Healthcare. Notable transactions include Cosmo Tech, Mdoloris, OVH, Soitec. Raphaël is graduated from Esdes and ESCP Europe, and holds the CEFA certification (Certified European Financial Analyst).
