Robert McClelland

Robert McClelland has over 25 years of experience in the corporate world. Robert began their career in 1993 as an Administrator at Cabinet World. In 1996, they joined Verizon Wireless as Director of the Business Support Center, where they were responsible for servicing 2 million business customers. In 2007, they became a Consultant, Co-Owner and Board Member at Dimension X Advertising and Marketing. From 2009 to 2016, they were the Vice President of Customer Services at Acusis. Most recently, they have been the COO of InfraWare since 2016, helping providers regain their voice with solutions that solve problems associated with providers performing their own documentation.

Robert McClelland obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Phoenix between 2010 and 2012. Robert also earned an Associate's degree in Video/Audio Production from The Art Institutes between 1989 and 1991. Robert has also completed other courses.
