Sheila Koonce

Sheila Koonce has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare services industry. Sheila began their career in 2006 as President of SKM Transcription. In 2015, they joined InfraWare, where they held three roles: VP of Transcription Services, Director of Healthcare Services, and Account Manager.

Sheila Koonce attended The University of Memphis from 2009 to 2011 and obtained a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Information Technology.
