In September 2007 in the city of Guarulhos-SP, Infraworksys Comércio e Serviços de Informática Ltda. was founded, with the objective of becoming a reference in Information And Communications Technology (ICTs), not only for its customers, but also for its employees and partners.

In 2020, with the COVID-19 pandemic, the world has changed and with Infraworksys was no different, we took advantage of this moment to reinvent ourselves and redesign our marketing, sales and service processes, our visual identity, our portfolio of solutions and many of our internal procedures, always following the modernization of concepts and good business management practices.

The General Law for the Protection of Personal Data has arrived and shook the way of doing business, from large multinationals to individual microentrepreneurs, ALL are subject to the application of the Law. In addition to offering a complete portfolio of technology solutions, we also offer tailoring services for companies. In partnership with law firms specialized in Digital Law and Certified Management Professionals (ITIL, PMP, DPOs), we have the possibility of 360º guidance in the search for the adequacy of their processes.

At Infraworksys we follow high ethical standards, from reliability to customer data, as well as the extreme requirement of character rectitude with everyone involved in our processes.

Our main means of service is on-site, that is, in the customer's workplace, but we also use remote service and Help-Desk a lot.
With remote service, we were able to decrease to an almost immediate level, the time between the call and the effective solution of the problem. In the Help-Desk, the service is immediate, if we do not find the solution of the problem, a service order will be opened and a professional will go to the Customer Site.
