Eirik Olimstad

Eirik Olimstad has extensive experience in software development and architecture, currently serving as a Software Architect and previously as a Senior Software Developer at Infront AS since April 2007. Prior to this, Eirik was a Lead Software Engineer at Reuters from September 2004 to September 2006, focusing on backend realtime feed delivery systems using technologies such as C++, Java, XML, XSL, HTML, and TIBCO Rendezvous. Eirik's early career includes roles as an IT Consultant at Eirik Olimstad from January 2003 to August 2004 and at Kimmit Consulting from June 2001 to December 2002. Eirik holds an IT-Kandidat degree in System Design, Programming, and Database from The Norwegian School of Information Technology (1999-2001), as well as coursework in Management from UiT - The Arctic University of Norway (1998) and a general qualification for higher education from Vågsbygd Videregående Skole (1996-1998).
