Eric A. Vaughan, MBA, ASA, is a seasoned CFO with over 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, M&A, valuation, and operations. Currently serving as CFO at INFUSEmedia, Vaughan focuses on revenue growth and risk management while optimizing cash flow and implementing efficient processes. Previously, Vaughan held CFO roles at LonePeak Technologies and VentureBeat, and served as Operations and Strategy Director at Global Resourced Products LLC. Vaughan’s expertise has also benefited various venture capitalists and private equity groups through due diligence and valuation services. They hold a BS in Finance and International Business from Miami University and an MBA from Capital University.
