Maksym Ilin

Maksym ILIN is a seasoned professional in email deliverability and customer support, currently serving as a Computer Network System Specialist at INFUSE since March 2020. Previously, Maksym held the role of Managing Director and Email Deliverability Expert at inSegment from April 2015 to March 2020, and prior to that, served as Vice President Operations at SMTP.com, where responsibilities included leading customer support and deliverability departments. Maksym has extensive experience in managing teams, improving customer support processes, and fostering relationships with ISPs. Additionally, Maksym has a solid background in technical support and information security from roles at Astratelcom LLC and Farlep-Invest. Maksym holds a Magister degree in English and Computer Science from Southern Ukrainian National Pedagogical University K. D. Ushinsky.
