Ken Dreifach is an advisor at Infutor and a member of ZwillGen PLLC. Ken has counseled start-ups and established companies on the legal and strategic aspects of internet and privacy law, with a specialty in ad tech and mar-tech. Ken has also been an advisor for Privy.com and a board member for Springbot. Ken is currently a board member for Spotright, Inc. and was previously the General Counsel/Chief Privacy Officer for LiveRamp, Inc. Ken has also been a part of the Board of Advisors for Protext Mobility and the Deputy General Counsel for Linden Lab (Second Life). Ken is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Empire Resorts, Inc. (NASDAQ: NYNY) and was formerly a partner in the Information Technology Practice at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP. Ken began their career as the Chief of the Internet Bureau for the New York State Attorney General, where they served for seven years.
Ken Dreifach attended New York University School of Law from 1988 to 1991, earning their Doctor of Law degree. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Wesleyan University, majoring in government. Ken started their educational journey at South Shore High School, graduating in 1983.
