Ruby Baltero currently serves as the Regulatory Operations- Transaction Monitoring Lead at ING Hubs Philippines since July 2023. Prior to this role, Ruby gained extensive experience at HSBC from February 2006 to July 2023, where positions included Manager for Education in Regulatory & Compliance Services, and Assistant Manager in both Education for Financial Crime Compliance Operations and Technical Training for Asia Pacific Credit Cards Operations. Ruby acted as a Global Trainer for Surveillance COE and achieved certification as a Master Trainer for key compliance processes. Ruby's career began at DATA SEARCH INC. from June 2002 to February 2006, where roles included Data Examiner/Process Leader. Ruby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from West Visayas State University, earned between 1997 and 2001.
