Aidan McGeown is the Director and Global Product Lead, currently heading the Lending Product Delivery in Ireland for ING Wholesale Banking. Aidan plays a critical role in driving innovation within the organization and oversees sustainable growth in the Lending Digitalisation business. Previously, Aidan founded Rethink Homes, focused on improving home buying opportunities for first-time buyers with a new Rent-To-Buy model. Aidan has also held various positions, including Vice President and Product Owner at ING, and has completed qualifications in finance and law from prominent institutions.
