Alessio Tagini

Alessio Tagini currently serves as the Global Lead of UX Design and Program Manager of the Unified Design System at ING, a position held since November 2009. In this role, Alessio is responsible for the development and adoption of a global design system across ING's digital channels, fostering collaboration among design and engineering teams in 14 countries. Previous roles include Global Product Owner and UX Lead, where Alessio led the design of cross-border digital banking platforms, and Senior Managing Consultant for Fintech, focusing on strategic partnerships.
