Alina Tugulea

Alina Tugulea is dedicated to fostering a culture of wellbeing in both personal and business settings. They have developed and facilitated over 300 days of assessment centers and delivered more than 350 days of training in various industries, emphasizing leadership, customer care, and emotional resilience. Alina served as a Senior Wellbeing Consultant at ING in 2023 and contributed significantly to organizational growth as a Learning and Development Consultant at Trend Consult Group from 2014 to 2020. With a background in psychology and business, they are currently pursuing a CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management.
