Alma Flores is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in Origination, Bond and Loan Execution, Loan Portfolio Management, and Strategic Planning and Analysis. Currently serving as a Director at ING Capital, Alma has held various leadership roles including Vice President in Debt Capital Markets for Asia and Director in multiple areas such as US Loan Syndication and Global Capital Markets. Alma's early career included significant positions at Citi and J.P. Morgan, where they facilitated billions in corporate debt placements and high yield financings. Alma is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Italian Language and Literature at Smith College and a Master of Business Administration at Harvard Business School.
