Alok Singh

Alok Singh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and IT consulting, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager in Business Banking at ING since April 2018. In this role, Alok is responsible for the delivery of digital client outreach and the onboarding and offboarding processes for business customers. Previously, Alok worked as a Senior IT Specialist focusing on PSD2 opportunities at ING, where contributions included the development of a central aggregation platform for account aggregation and payment initiation services across European markets. Alok's prior experience includes a Managing Consultant position at Capgemini and a Senior Associate role at Publicis Sapient. Additionally, Alok held the role of Module Lead in EAI/BPM at Mindtree Ltd. Alok holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BNM Institute of Technology.
