Andrei Dobre

Andrei Dobre, CFA, has extensive experience in structured finance and investment banking, currently serving as Director - Telecom, Media and Technology (TMT) & Healthcare at ING since February 2018, after progressing from Vice President to Associate within the same sector. Dobre's work involves originating, structuring, negotiating, and executing significant finance transactions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Prior to this, Dobre held various positions at ING Romania, including Structured Finance Executive and Project Financial Analyst, where involvement in major acquisition finance projects and debt syndication was prominent. Earlier career steps included roles at BCR, BRD - Groupe Societe Generale, GDF SUEZ, and Aviva. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Finance from Academia de Studii Economice din București and an Erasmus exchange at Universidade do Porto.
