Andrew Stavrou has over three decades of experience in the pensions and benefits sector, having served as Head of Pensions & Benefits at ING Nederland from 1986 to December 2018. Currently, Andrew is a Trustee of the ING UK Pension Fund since January 2019. Prior to his tenure at ING, Andrew worked as an Assistant Company Secretary at Phoenix Assurance from 1983 to 1986. Andrew holds an LLB in Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science, earned between 1976 and 1979.
