Anne Chang

Anne Chang is a Customer Journey Expert at ING, specializing in the delivery of wholesaler banking lending products and change management of lending applications for global locations. With prior experience as a Business Manager for the head of WB global transformation management and as a Consultant in ING's group transformation office, Anne has a strong background in business management and digitization strategy. Previously, Anne worked as an Associate in wholesale banking at KEB Hana Bank. Anne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Sookmyung Women's University, an Executive Master's degree in Finance from the University of Amsterdam, and participated in an exchange program at Universiteit Leiden.
