Anouk Bleumer

Anouk Bleumer is an experienced ESG Change Consultant and People Initiatives professional currently working with ING's COO Risk team. Between 2022 and 2024, Anouk held several roles within ING, including Portfolio Manager for the Credit Risk Tribe. Prior to this, Anouk gained customer service experience at Conscious Hotels and Café de Huiskamer, as well as various positions in the hospitality sector. Anouk earned a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Strategy from the Universiteit van Amsterdam, alongside a degree in International Hotel Management from NHTV Academy of Hotel Management.
