Anton Sinev

Anton Sinev, FRM, is a seasoned risk model developer with extensive experience in the financial sector, currently employed at ING since July 2022. Prior to this role, Anton held key positions at Gazprombank, where responsibilities included leading the Retail Risk Modeling Department and developing critical models for mortgage, consumer loans, and credit cards. Previous experience also encompasses risk modeling expertise at Russian Regional Development Bank, focusing on PD/LGD models and stress testing, as well as model validation at VTB. Anton's analytical career began at Econophysica, where a wide range of risk models were validated. Earlier, Anton worked as a physical scientist at Baker Hughes, contributing to mathematical modeling in the field. Anton holds a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from Novosibirsk State University.
