Arden Vega

Arden Vega has extensive experience in compliance within the financial sector, currently serving as the Head of Global Compliance for Financial Markets and Bank Treasury at ING since October 2014. In this role, Arden provides advisory support on compliance matters in response to regulatory developments and evolving standards. Previously, as Manager of Compliance Markets at ING Bank from December 2011, Arden led teams focused on compliance within financial markets and the management of conflicts and personal account dealings. Arden's career at ING Bank began in 2000, where Arden worked as a Senior Compliance Officer for a decade. Arden holds educational credentials from the University of Amsterdam, completed between 2020 and 2021.
