Arnout de Wild serves as the Head of Global Procurement at ING, where they design and implement procurement strategies and lead a team supporting change projects. Previously, Arnout held various influential roles at Philips Healthcare, Stryker, NXP Semiconductors, and other companies, focusing on sourcing and procurement across multiple sectors, including IT and healthcare. With a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Technische Universiteit Delft and an MBA from TiasNimbas Business School, Arnout has cultivated expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cross-functional team leadership throughout their career.
