Arnout van Heukelem

Arnout van Heukelem serves as the Global Head of Metals, Mining, and Fertilizers at ING since December 2009, overseeing client and sector origination for 150 clients and generating over EUR 200 million in client income. Previously, Arnout held roles including Global Head of Metals and Mining, where leadership contributed to significant business growth, and Director for Natural Resources, establishing a thriving Metals and Mining operation in Asia. Arnout also has experience as Vice President and Associate in the Natural Resources sector, focusing on project financings across EMEA, Americas, and CIS. Educational qualifications include a CFA from the CFA Institute and a Master’s degree in Applied Earth Sciences from Delft University of Technology.
