Atilla Oğuz is a Change Expert currently at ING, with over five years of experience in project management, process excellence, and business development within the finance sector. Oğuz has managed complex credit risk model redevelopment projects and led multiple initiatives employing Agile methodologies. They possess a robust background in UX and a deep understanding of customer needs, having previously worked with both global and local stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities.
