Bas de Graaff

Bas de Graaff is an experienced professional in IT service management and product ownership, currently serving as Product Owner for the Configuration Management System at ING since April 2016. Prior to this role, Bas worked at ING Nederland from 2000 to April 2016, focusing on IT service process management, including architecture modeling and service-level consulting.
