Beate Terhardt

Beate Terhardt is currently the Executive Program Director at ING, where they previously held roles as the Global Head of Non-Financial Risk and Operational Risk Management and Head of Corporate Operational Risk Management. Prior to this, Beate worked at ING-DiBa AG as a Compliance Officer and Gruppengeldwäschebeaufragte, and later served as the Head of Non-Financial Risk Management and Compliance. From 2008 to 2010, Beate was the Chief Quality Officer at Ing Direct.
