Bench Manalon

Bench Manalon has a diverse background in operations management and customer relations, primarily in the fields of nutrition and financial services. Experience includes an internship at Wyeth Philippines, Inc. where responsibilities involved daily spot checking and conducting a time study on manpower for productivity optimization. At ING, roles progressed from KYC - Junior Processor to KYC Signatory, focusing on client risk assessment and approval processes, while also managing significant clients as part of a pioneer team. In addition, leadership skills were demonstrated as Chief of Staff for the College of Business Executive Committee and as Interim College of Business Representative at De La Salle - STC, addressing student concerns and organizing relevant programs. Bench Manalon holds a degree from De La Salle University, completed in 2015.
