Bernardo Kok

Bernardo Kok is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Asset & Liability Management (ALM) and financial risk management. Currently serving as the Head of ALM Model Development at ING since November 2019, Bernardo oversees the global development of ALM models, including the Operational Risk capital model, leading a team of 35 experts in Amsterdam and Warsaw. Previous roles include Lead MRM for Lending, Savings, and Current Accounts at ING Nederland and a Market Risk Officer in the Market Risk Management department. Bernardo began a career in advisory services at Ernst & Young as a Manager in Financial Services Risk and later worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services. Bernardo holds a CFA designation from the CFA Institute, an FRM from GARP, and a Master's degree in Econometrics & Operations Research from the University of Groningen.
