Björn Rauws has extensive experience in wholesale lending operations, currently serving as Head / Circle Lead of Agency Services for Syndicated Loans at ING since December 2020. Previously, Björn held roles at ING Business Shared Services B.V., including Head and Process Lead of Lending Services, and has a strong background in operational support and process migration, particularly related to the LoanIQ back office system. Starting at ING in 2011 as an Advisory Operations Specialist, Björn contributed to the migration of multiple portfolios from legacy systems across various European locations. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics & Law from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and a UEFA C Trainer-Coach certification from the KNVB Academy.
