Brian Bruinhard

Brian Bruinhard is a Lead IT Risk & Security Expert team member at ING, where they serve as a Senior Information Risk Officer, focusing on managing IT risks and ensuring security by design. With over seven years of experience in IT risk management and cybersecurity, Brian previously worked at EY as a Manager in IT Risk and Assurance, supporting financial sector clients in addressing IT risks and conducting audits. They hold a Master’s Degree in Business Information Systems and an Executive Master's in IT auditing, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Business Informatics. Brian also has international experience and acts as a security champion in various areas, including Identity and Access Management and Vendor Risk Management.
