Camiel Houwen

Camiel Houwen is an experienced finance professional specializing in equity derivatives trading, with a career spanning over two decades. Since September 2002, Camiel has held the position of Managing Director and Head of Equity Derivatives Trading at ING, including previous responsibilities as Head of Equity Derivatives Trading for Asia. Prior to this, Camiel worked as a Senior Equity Derivatives Trader at ING Barings and Rabobank, holding various vice presidential roles. Camiel began his career as an Economist in Financial Markets at Rabobank after completing a master's degree in Economics from the University of Groningen, supplemented by studies at Uppsala University. Early experiences include an internship focused on the European Monetary Union at De Nederlandsche Bank.
