Cecilia Dr. Papp

Cecilia Dr. Papp is an HR Business Partner currently leading the HR department at ING while also managing various HR initiatives, including talent and succession management. They have previously held HR Business Partner roles at MBH Bank, Budapest Bank, and Unisys, providing strategic support and managing employee relations across different sectors. Cecilia earned a Master’s degree in Law from Pázmány Péter Katolikus Egyetem and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Budapest Business University.
