Cédric Kostka

Cédric Kostka is currently the Head of COE Equity & Commodity Derivatives, overseeing team management and daily business support. Previously, Cédric held various leadership roles within ING, including Team Leader for Professional Trade Support in Equity & Commodity Derivatives, where they focused on client management and process improvements. Cédric has a strong background in risk management, compliance, and operational efficiency, supported by extensive experience in derivatives and financial markets. They are actively pursuing further education in Climate Fresk and languages while engaging in personal self-coaching.
