Cee Jhay Castro is a data analytics professional and adjunct professor with extensive experience in global banking and HR services. Currently serving as a Change Expert and AVP at ING, they lead initiatives focused on Power Platform automation and operational excellence. Cee Jhay also teaches finance courses at Ateneo de Manila University and is a member of both the Analytics & Artificial Intelligence Association of the Philippines and BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. They have been recognized for their work, including winning Asia's Best in Risk Management 2022 for a project with RCBC.
