Celeste Lancin

Celeste Lancin is an HR and ER Director with extensive experience in the Middle East and Asia Pacific regions. Currently serving as the HR and ER Director for APAC at ING since 2025, Celeste has previously held significant roles including HR Relationship Manager at Standard Chartered Bank and Regional HR Business Partner at NatWest Markets. With a strong background in HR business partnering, Employee Relations, and Employee Engagement, Celeste is recognized as a professional in the field with certifications from CIPD (UK) and IHRP (SG). Celeste earned a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University.
