Chelsea Murray is an experienced professional with a strong background in data science, machine learning, and analytics. Currently serving as Product Area Lead for Smart & Safe Products and Chapter Lead for Machine Learning Engineering at ING since July 2018, Chelsea collaborates with various business units across ING’s European offices to derive insights from data and advance data-driven applications. Additionally, Chelsea has contributed to education as a Workshop Instructor at Skills Gap, promoting AI careers in finance to high school students. Previous roles include a Statistics Trainee at the European Central Bank, where Chelsea automated statistical processes, and a Strategic Performance Analyst at the University of Wollongong, focused on higher education industry insights. Chelsea holds an MPhil in Machine Learning and Machine Intelligence from the University of Cambridge, along with a Bachelor of Mathematics & Finance (Honours Class I) from the University of Wollongong.
