Cindy J. currently serves as the Managing Director and Head of the Sustainable Solutions Group for the Americas at ING, where they provide tailored advisory and financing solutions to advance clients' sustainability initiatives. With a background in project finance, technology development, and business strategy, Cindy has been pivotal in innovative projects, including leading a start-up that developed advanced heat exchangers and reactors, earning multiple awards from the US Department of Energy. They are also the first inventor of a novel heat exchanger that received funding from the Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School, graduating magna cum laude, and a Juris Doctor from the St. Francis School of Law, also graduating magna cum laude, and is admitted to the California Bar.
