Cindy Tan is a seasoned professional in risk management with extensive experience across multiple financial institutions. Currently serving as the Regional Head of Non-Financial Risk for Asia at ING since May 2023, Cindy previously held the position of Regional Head of Operational Risk for Asia Pacific at Wells Fargo from August 2012 to December 2022, and also worked as a Global Operational Risk Project Manager within the same organization. Other notable roles include Head of GBM Risk Services Operations for Asia Pacific at the Royal Bank of Scotland and various operational risk management positions at Deutsche Bank, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Arthur Andersen, and JP Morgan. Cindy holds a BBA in Finance from the National University of Singapore, graduating in 1998.
