Clé Hoge

Clé Hoge is an experienced sales and change manager with a strong background in the financial sector. They have held multiple leadership roles at ING, including Principal Lead and Change Manager, where they focused on operational excellence and employee satisfaction. Clé also operated independently as a consultant in investment advice and risk management. They earned a degree in Strategy from the University of Nijmegen and a Bachelor's in Finance from Hotelschool - The Hague, and are currently pursuing several financial certifications.
