Cliff Marshall

Cliff Marshall, MPA, is a senior security and risk management executive with over 35 years of experience across law enforcement, the U.S. military, and the financial sector. Currently serving as the Vice President and Regional Head of Personal and Physical Security at ING Americas, they design and implement comprehensive security strategies while managing enterprise-wide security programs. Previously, Cliff held various leadership roles within the New York City Police Department, where they led high-profile investigations and developed operational response plans for crisis situations. Cliff earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science and a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Financial Forensics and Fraud Investigation from John Jay College (CUNY).
