Dai Dekker

Dai Dekker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital product management and reliability engineering at ING, spanning from 2008 to the present. Currently serving as the Lead Digital Product Operating Model Implementation, Dai supervises the global rollout of a product-centric delivery model. Previously, Dai held roles such as Lead Program Manager for Site Reliability Engineering, where responsibilities included managing a diverse portfolio of SRE projects, and Global Program Manager, leading key programs focused on public cloud integration and technology enhancements. With a strong background in IT management, Dai has effectively overseen large teams and projects related to payments and infrastructure, ensuring system stability and efficient change delivery. Dai's education includes a Master of Science in Computer Science from Delft University of Technology and a high school diploma from Rotterdamsch Lyceum.
