Dan Hill-Smith is a seasoned operational leader with over 15 years of experience in contact centre management and customer experience. Currently, Dan serves as a Senior Manager at ING, leading operational support teams. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at TSA Group, Dan was responsible for overseeing operations for over 3,500 employees and driving significant revenue growth, while also establishing a contact centre in Manila from the ground up. Dan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science and a Postgraduate Certificate of Education from the University of Portsmouth.
