Daniël Don

Daniël Don has extensive experience in product ownership and leadership roles within ING, starting from February 1999 to the present. Currently serving as Product Area Lead Observability Platform Engineering, Daniël focuses on embedding the Monitoring Data Pipeline into the One Engineering System and driving global adoption of the observability platform. Previous positions include Chief Product Owner Global Monitoring, where the emphasis was on providing real-time insights across business chains, and various leadership roles in IT operations, risk and security, site reliability engineering, and cloud services. Daniël also held managerial roles outside ING, including ownership of NannyDirect, a childcare service company. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computing and Information Sciences from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
