Daniel Maftei

Daniel Maftei is a seasoned DevOps professional currently serving as a DevOps Chapter Lead at ING, where they manage a team of engineers and oversee the transition to microservices architecture. Previously, they held positions at Ericsson, Aktana, and Alstom Grid, enhancing their expertise in cloud technology, team leadership, and process improvement. Daniel began their career as a System Engineer at Romanian Post and has since developed a robust skill set in software development, database design, and automation tools across various organizations, including IBM and Oracle Corporation. They hold a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Dunarea de Jos University of Galati, Romania.
