Danna Cuba is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Business Manager for Global Retail HR and as the Quality Lead for Centralized People Services at ING since March 2021, Danna has been recognized as a 2023 Top Performer within the CPS Leadership Team. Prior to this, Danna held the position of Senior Specialist in Performance & Rewards at ING. Leadership experience also includes serving as the Club President of ING Hubs Philippines Toastmasters Club, which achieved President’s Distinguished Club status. Danna's prior experience includes roles at IHG Hotels & Resorts and Greenfield Development Corporation, where recognition as Employee of the Year and Top Performer of the Year was earned, respectively. Danna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Assumption College and is currently pursuing further education at Alliance Française de Manille.
