Dara Horan

Dara Horan is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in financial services, currently serving as the Director - Head of Compliance, MLRO & DPO at ING Ireland since April 2001, following roles as Vice President in both compliance and finance. Prior to this, Dara Horan held positions at Deutsche Bank as a Financial Accountant and worked as an Audit Senior and Semi Senior at Donegan & Associates and McQuillan Kelly & Company, respectively. Educational qualifications include ongoing studies in the Implementation of the Individual Accountability Framework at IOB, certifications from ACAMS in Anti-Money Laundering, and multiple professional diplomas and certificates in Compliance, Data Protection, and Financial Crime Prevention from University College Dublin, alongside a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants designation from Griffith College Dublin.
