Darwin Reyes

Darwin Reyes, CPA, is an experienced IT Risk Officer currently serving at ING since September 2022. Prior to this role, Darwin worked at Shell Shared Services (Asia) B.V. from August 2019 to October 2022 as a FO IRM Compliance Senior Specialist, where responsibilities included leading stakeholder meetings, conducting peer reviews, and providing guidance on IT audit methodologies. Earlier experience includes serving as a Financial Auditor at SGV & Co. from December 2016 to August 2019, where Darwin demonstrated professionalism, risk identification skills, and familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Additional auditing experience was gained at Sicangco, Menor, Villanueva & Co. as an External Auditor. Darwin holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology, both from Central Luzón State University.
