David Cowen

David Cowen is the IT Chapter Lead at ING, where they oversee technology initiatives. With a strong background in the investment banking industry, they have previously held several leadership roles at RBC Capital Markets, including Director and Associate Director of FX Cash & Derivatives Technology. David's earlier experience included positions as a Software Design Engineer at Nokia and a Senior Engineer at T-Mobile. They earned an MSc in Business Systems Analysis & Design from City St George’s, University of London, and a BEng (Hons) in Electronic Engineering from The University of Manchester.
