Debbie Janeczek

Debbie Janeczek serves as the Global Chief Information Security Officer at ING since January 2025 and holds a position on the Board of Directors for FS-ISAC since June 2024. Previously, Debbie was the Chief Security Officer at Swift from August 2023 to January 2025 and Senior Vice President, Technology Executive at Wells Fargo from June 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included leading its cyber threat management strategy. Other significant roles include Director of Information Security at Twilio Inc. and Director of Cyber Threat Intelligence at American Express, where Debbie built the Cyber Threat Intelligence team and products. Debbie's earlier experience includes key positions at D+H, the University of Maryland Baltimore County, the National Security Agency, and the Defense Intelligence Agency. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Cyber Security from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and another Master's Degree in Remote Sensing/GIS from Michigan State University.
