Denise Knops

Denise Knops is an experienced professional in the field of HR and consultancy, currently serving as Team Lead for Product Owners and Regional SPOCs at ING since June 2019, while also holding the position of Business Manager COO HR/Head of Global People Services. Previously, Denise worked as a PMO Manager and was involved in projects focused on HR unification and Learning Transformation through Quintop Management Consultants. Denise's career includes roles as a Junior HR management consultant at Quintop, Consultant and Junior Consultant at HILLARY STEP, and an HR Intern at HEINEKEN. Denise also held a leadership position as Vice President of the Outgoing Global Community Development Program for AIESEC The Netherlands, where strategic development for a team was a key responsibility. Educationally, Denise holds a Master of Science in Work and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology from Tilburg University, alongside studies at Pitzer College and Graaf Huyn College.
