Dick Stevens is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial services sector, specializing in Change Management. Currently serving as the Lead Global Way of Working (WoW) within Change & Transformation at ING, Dick Stevens focuses on enhancing productivity and accelerating delivery across the organization. Previous roles include Head of Portfolio Management and Senior Management Consultant at DBco B.V., as well as various leadership positions at ING, where initiatives ranged from establishing an integrated universal bank to driving IT transformations.
